She Did Her Reading...

Heh, this picture was REALLY fun XD
This is probably one of my favorite drawings in a long time.
Drawing ponies is awesome because I love their anatomy and motion.
Adding dumb details, such as drawing those books, was suuuper fun.
AND THE MAGIC IS SO WHEEEE 8D

I had the idea for this cause she was described as having powerful magic that she wasn't that great at controlling. I've never really had the chance to draw a unicorn using its magic, so here we are And the idea of her being powerful and un-controlling of it just made it even more fun XD So we have this. And I'm guessing she just came into some dark basement library for magic and decided to read some of the books. I dunno, I liked the scene idea. I generally give you people the freedom to give it a story c: I've started adding highlights to my shading as well, and I like it. They aren't too obvious here except for in the hair. But there's just some sharp, light spots on the edges if you look for them. Yeah. I wonder what kind of spell she's trying out?

I'm switching from drawing wolves, to drawing ponies XD
There's just so much you can do with ponies, therefore I'm using them.

Also, feel free to tell me what you think of my style for them. I personally like where it is. Because I'm aiming for in between horse and cartoon pony. The big hooves are fun. Adding muscles is fun. Real horse heads are not fun. Colors are fun. Yeah.
